You can submit the application at the earliest six months before the expiry of the court-ordered suspension period.
If the competent authority has revoked your driving licence because you have eight or more points in the driving aptitude register, you will receive a new driving licence at the earliest if the revocation of your driving licence has been effective for more than six months.
If the competent authority has revoked your driving licence because you have not complied with an order to attend an advanced training seminar issued as part of your probationary driving licence, you will only receive a new driving licence after attending an advanced training seminar.
Note: If you are banned from driving for a limited period of time, you will automatically receive your driving licence back at the end of this period.
