- Curriculum vitae of the sole proprietor
- for legal entities: Curriculum vitae of all managing members and members authorised to represent the company as well as the shareholders
- for proof of personal reliability:
- for residence in Germany: certificate of good conduct
- if resident abroad: documents from the applicant's home country proving that they are personally reliable to perform the desired service
- for proof of the company's legal form:
- if the company is based in Germany:
- publicly certified copy of the articles of association
- Articles of Association
- if the company is domiciled abroad: documents from the country of domicile proving the legal form
- Proof of the teacher's qualification to teach
This proof may be omitted if the person teaches as a head teacher or teacher at a public school.
- Copy of the employment contracts agreed with the teachers
- Information on school fees, school fee reductions and free learning materials as well as other costs associated with attending the school
- Clearance certificate from the local building authority
- Clearance certificate from the responsible local health authority
In individual cases, the authorising authority may request further documents that are suitable for making a statement about your personal reliability.
Note: The certificate of good conduct may be waived for persons who are in the service of a municipality, a district, the state or the federal government. This also applies to persons who are employed by a corporation or institution under public law.
In the case of legal entities (limited liability companies, business companies, public limited companies, registered co-operatives), you must complete the application form for the legal entity itself. You must submit the personal documents for all natural persons authorised to manage the company (e.g. certificate of good conduct, identity papers).
In the case of partnerships that are not themselves eligible for authorisation (GbR, KG, OHG, PartG, GmbH & Co. KG), each managing partner must submit an application for authorisation and all personal documents.
