As a late repatriate, you are entitled to attend an integration course once free of charge. This also applies to your husband, wife, partner and children who are included in the admission decision.
The Federal Office of Administration will determine your right to participate in an integration course. You will usually receive confirmation of your entitlement to participate together with your registration certificate after you enter Germany. You canthen start an integration courseat , even if the certification procedure has not yet been completed.
Please note: Were you accepted as a late repatriate before 1 January 2005 and have not yet attended a language course? attended a language course? Then the Federal Office of Administration can authorise you to take part in an integration course. This also applies to your husband or wife and children who are included in the notification of admission. You must apply for this authorisation in writing:

If you have already attended a language course organised by the Federal Employment Agency and would still like to attend a integration course , you must submit an application to the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees for admission to the integration course . Please send this application to the responsible regional office of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees. You will then be admitted to the integration course as a German national.
